Paisley

Meet Paisley, and if there’s one word for this sweet girl, it’s Grateful. And she’s a gal who is getting happier by the day! Life, up until now, well, it wasn’t so great. But now, several months in rescue, she’s trusting that it really is going to be alright. 

Paisley’s foster Mom tells us all about how she shows just how very appreciative she is.  There are the long adoring gazes that simply seem endless, the always wanting to be near, and the world-class snuggling whenever you are free. 

This Tri-color darling gets along with everyone, two-legged or four. Paisley enjoys a little sunbathing and sleeps so nicely in the big bed. Her mobility issues have her needing “pup” stairs or to be picked up to join you. And dear Paisley most assuredly is whispering, “Thank You!”  

🐶 Age: Paisley is about 8 years old.

👍🏻 Weight: 24 lbs.

🐾 Circumstances: A breeder surrender.

🐕 Temperament: A grateful lovebug!

❤️ Health: Paisley was examined by Dr. Jon Rubenstein at Care Animal Hospital and was in rough shape at intake. Paisley weighed 27 pounds then and is now down to 24 but should lose another 2 pounds. She has had attention to dental, flea, and ear infection issues and has come a long way. Paisley has mobility issues due to problematic lower spine, hip, and knee concerns, and is on pain meds. CRF microchips all rescues.

🏡 Forever Home Requirements:

✔️ Preferably an at-home adult most of the day in a quiet home.

✔️ Prefer no stairs due to mobility concerns.

✔️ Commitment to daily walks/exercise to help maintain her health and weight reduction.

✔️ Dedication to continuing care as may be determined.

💸 Adoption Donation: $650
