McKinley
St. Pete
Introducing handsome McKinley, the last of our Magnificent Six! Also known as Denali, meaning The Great One, McKinely is a whole lot of gorgeous pup – weighing a perfect-for-him 28.6 pounds. His foster mom says he is a “mountain of love!”
Examined by Dr. Ginger Benham at Northeast Animal Hospital; his eyes and heart are healthy. McKinley is being treated with a long-lasting ear medication for ear infections. Labs, fecal and Titers for distemper and parvo are pending. McKinley has moderate tartar and gingivitis so he will have dental done with neuter surgery. During neuter surgery, McKinley will have a scrotal ablation (removal of scrotal sac) to prevent formation of hematoma and assure there is no significant loose skin.
Named after mountains, these pups are magnanimous in personality, beauty and stature. These Blenheim boys and their floofy “mountain-ears” are a rambunctious pack of puppies – all one -year-old! As a breeder rescue, we expect the worst, but possibly because of their age, they are faring better than many of our previous breeder rescues of typical senior pups.
We will do our thorough CRF vetting and medical check on all these pups, plus they will all need neuter surgeries before they are ready for forever homes of their own. We will get them in tip top shape and ready for their forever families of their own.
