Everest

Say hello to Everest, one of the Magnificent Six breeder surrender pups. Named after Mount Everest, the highest-known mountain on Earth, this adorable Blenheim is climbing into a life full of love and caring.  

Though his beginnings were rough, sweet Everest is slowly learning what it means to be surrounded by love. He is very timid and a bit fearful of being held but is starting to relax and trust humans. Everest loves socks, shoes, paper and toys filled with peanut butter (yum!). He is a bit food aggressive, which is being monitored.  

Handsome Everest is slowly being introduced to walking in a harness as he tries to escape. Chasing lizards is on Everest’s list of top things to do. He’s curious, outgoing, fun and fast as the wind. Everest is interested in other dogs and cats but has no experience with children.

Introductions will need to be slow. 

From his gorgeous, freckled face to his Queen’s thumbprint Everest is all Cavalier. All Everest needs is some time, a little patience and understanding.

🐶 Age: Estimated to be 1 year old.

👍🏻 Weight: A perfect 17 lbs.

🐾 Circumstances: Breeder surrender.

❤️ Health: As with all breeder surrenders there are common health issues to be addressed such as hookworms, rabies vaccinations and neuter surgery. Beyond needing a dental, Everest is in good health.     

CRF microchips all rescues.

✔️Willingness to provide slow, gentle and consistent guidance.

✔️No young children.

✔️A fenced yard to keep this escape artist safe.

✔️Another friendly dog for mentoring would be ideal.
