Emmy

Meet Emmy, a tail-wagging Tri-color gal with an ‘Emmy’ award winning personality! She loves her supporting cast, lapping up the attention and is doing well walking on a leash and good with other dogs. Emmy was fine with cats in her foster home; she has not been around young children yet, but she seems to love everyone.   

Happy Emmy sleeps in her own bed but moves around a little at night. You will often find her waiting at the door when you return. She will greet you with a big wag of her tail to let you know just how grateful she is to see you. 

Sweet Emmy is also Foodie! According to her foster mom this girl loves to eat.  Sometimes that includes napkins and paper products. Silly girl! Save a tree – adopt Emmy! 

🐶 Age: 4.5 years old.

👍🏻 Weight: 17.5 lbs.

🐾 Circumstances: Owner surrender due to financial difficulties.

❤️ Health: Emmy has been a busy girl! Emmy is being treated for a stable but lifelong neurological condition. Currently Emmy is on medication to help her and will have a follow-up appointment shortly. Emmy also has seen an ophthalmologist for minor concern though she will need a recheck in about six months. She may also require a low-fat diet. CRF microchips all rescues.

🏡 Forever Home Requirements:

✔️ An at-home adult most of the day in a quiet home.

✔️ Fenced yard not required. 

✔️Daily walks/exercise to help maintain her health and weight.

✔️ Access to board certified neurology and ophthalmology specialists.

💸 Adoption Donation: 800.00

🚩If you do not check ALL of the above requirements, your application will not pass the screening process for consideration.  We do not compromise on these requirements as we feel they are essential to a successful adoption.
