Introducing adorable Emmy!
This cutie is a 4.5 year old tricolor, spayed female who arrived into rescue being treated for syringomyelia diagnosed by her previous primary care veterinarian. Emmy’s initial exam in rescue was completed by Dr. Alison Frankenberger at Highlands Animal Hospital in Sebastian. Emmy weighs 20 pounds and needs to lose 3-4 pounds; her blood work is normal and she is up to date on her vaccinations. Emmy does have a possible third eyelid defect so will be seeing ophthalmology and will visit neurology to have a thorough neuro evaluation and plan of care.
This munchkin is not available for adoption yet, our priority is her health, wellness and we will continue her medical vetting. Thank you for your support!
