Elvis

Meet Elvis, the newest tri-colored heartthrob.  Though a bit shy, Elvis is settling in and slowly opening up to affection and being petted. While his background is a bit of a mystery, he is on the road to recovery.

Super-sweet Elvis has a gentle soul. He loves to go for walks and sniff everything as he trots around. He also likes to lounge in the yard. Elvis enjoys resting in his crate during the day but insists on sleeping in a big bed at night. He takes his medicine like a champ, as long as it is hidden in some sort of cheese. And yes, dear Elvis is a foodie.    

Though his health journey has been a bit shaky, lovable Elvis is a survivor and has a spirit of pure gold.  “Wise men say only fools rush in” but falling for this sweet senior is the smartest thing you’ll ever do. Will Elvis be your teddy bear? 

🐶 Age: Estimated to be 6 - 10 years old.

👍🏻 Weight: Underweight at 24 lbs.

🐾 Circumstances: Owner surrender.

❤️ Health: Elvis is receiving the medical attention he needs to feel better. Elvis has cataracts. His back legs are weak due to spinal issues. Elvis is being treated for an enlarged prostate and bladder stones. He has heart issues to address.

✔️Elvis is looking for a special someone who sees the soul behind the symptoms, a road manager to handle his meds (and nap schedule).

✔️A yard to leisurely explore, relax and sun in.

✔️Lots of time, patience and love.
