Daytona

Introducing adorable Daytona! This pup was rescued from a backyard breeder situation through a good (great) samaritan... indeed, there are angels among us!

Daytona was examined by Dr. Avery Leonik at Bayside Hospital for Animals at Fort Walton Beach. The good news: Daytona weighs a perfect 20.7 pounds and he is up to date on his vaccinations. The not-as-good news: He has a yeast infection in both ears and treatment has started. He is assessed with a Grade 4/6 heart murmur and is scheduled for a veterinary cardiologist evaluation. Daytona also has Grade 4 dental disease with many missing teeth and will need dental work and neuter surgery. His lab work results are pending. We are thrilled he is with us –his life is already so much better just being with us. Aw, sweet Daytona, feel better, beautiful boy! xo
