It's the time of year when the world falls in love!

Introducing Cupid! Cupid is a 4.5-year-old, neutered, ravishing Ruby boy with a flourish of white on his adorable face. He was examined by Dr. Kellie Fridlund at Animal Medical Center of Gulf Gate; he weighs 14.5 pounds which is a good weight for him. His eyes, heart and ears are good. During the visit Cupid was barking and panting a lot, Cupid had a fever and was given fluids and an injection of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine. He will return to the clinic the next day for recheck; his labs are pending. When the veterinarian examined his neck and upper back Cupid did respond as if the area was sensitive. Cupid also has sporadic behavior of nipping at the air and a visit with neurology is being scheduled. We love you, Cupid!
