Ava

Introducing adorable Ava! She is a 4.5 year old spayed Blenheim girl and as cute as can be! Examined by Dr. Nancy Moser at Boyette Animal Hospital in Riverview, Ava weighs 14 pounds and that is a perfect weight for her. She has healthy eyes, ears and heart and her lab results are pending. One month prior to arriving in rescue, Ava had nine teeth extracted and her extraction sites are healed and her vaccinations are up to date.

On the outside, she seems pretty healthy, but she is a survivor from a breeder situation and her soul needs healing. Her spirit is suffering and she is scared, fearful and timid, and not 100% comfortable with her surroundings, it will take patience and love to help her on the road to happiness. Sooo sad. But, all if not lost, Ava is with one our best foster moms and she has a lovely foster fur sibling (Jade) to help this sweet girl. We just have to keep giving her reassurance, socialization and love. Let's send Ava and her foster mom a lot of love! We love you, Ava! xo
