Amelia

Say hello to Amelia. This charming tri-colored girl is described as energetic, bright, loving, and eager to please. Amelia is acclimating to her new surroundings and bonds quickly to humans. However, she is a bit protective of her food and toys. Amelia would do well as an only dog, no cats or young children for this girl. 

Adorable Amelia loves to take walks and is learning proper leash manners. She enjoys playing with toys and knows a few basic commands. Amelia is both house broken and crate trained. She’s a foodie and responsive to training.

Beautiful Amelia is very tolerant of grooming. She does not fuss when her teeth are brushed. And she sits patiently when given a bath, blow-dry and brushing. Ameila is a spa diva in the making.

🐶 Age: 5 years old but is often mistaken for a puppy.

👍🏻 Weight: A petite 12 lbs.

🐾 Circumstances: Owner surrender.

❤️ Health: Amelia has been fully vetted and is in general good health. She was recently spayed.  

CRF microchips all rescues.

🏡 Forever Home Requirements:

✔️ An active home willing to provide additional training and positive reinforcement. 

✔️ A secure outdoor area for play. As petite as she is, Amelia can slip through standard metal pool fence slats and gate openings.  

✔️ Lots of love. 

✔️ Amelia would do best as the only dog.
