Violet

Here comes Violet!  This pretty Blenheim gal is a thoroughly modern woman – she knows what she likes, and she’ll let you know it.  She loves an adventure ride in the car, meeting new friends both two-legged and four, and a good snuggle.  But we don’t really care for grass that is too tall, walks that are too long, or having you sneak up on her.

Violet adores the couch and the big bed, yet wants to get up on her own terms, meaning please have a ramp or steps so she can express her girl power.  She’ll be your bestie and hope you don’t mind being followed around.  Except when one of those naps is just too tempting.

This girl is generally calm and low-key and likes things that way, though you’ll get a little dance and maybe a tail-wagging race when you come back from being away.  And if your attention is needed, you’ll hear the cutest little barks calling to you.  Sweet Violet deserves that devotion as she’s still mourning having her person go over the Rainbow Bridge before her.  But she’s healing and opening up a little more each day.

Violet has things to work on too; there’s been a few accidents and she could lose a pound or two.  A little time and care are all that’s needed here.  She doesn’t care a lot about being outside and a fenced yard might not be required as you’re unlikely to be out of sight.

It’s 2023, and every girl should be able to have things their way.  And when Violet sets her big, beautiful eyes on you and comes in for some cuddling, you’ll be convinced that it’s just perfectly right!

🐾 Circumstances: Owner preceded her over the Rainbow Bridge.

🐕 Temperament: An adorable gal not afraid to be who she is!

❤️ Health: Violet has a low-level heart murmur and does not require any medication currently.  Would like to see her lose two pounds.  CRF microchips all rescues.

🏡 Forever Home Requirements:

✔️ Preferably an at-home adult most of the day.   

✔️ A quiet, less active home environment.

✔️ Other dogs at home are not required, but calmer ones would be best.
