Of course we want you happy!  Drop us an email if there's any concern.  And certainly if you get a damaged or incorrect product, it's not a question.  In most other cases, we'll work hard to do the right thing, but (and of course there are buts) our ability to accomodate returns may be limited based on a supplier's policy since we are sourcing products we believe in from a variety of places. 

Being a tiny non-profit, it's beyond our capability to itemize each and every vendor's policy and their stipulations on time, customizations, etc.  But know we'll work hard for you, and most of all, that starts with sourcing only products that we think you'll be thrilled with in the first place.

In this case we will have it shipped directly to you to eliminate a second shipping and further reducing any chance of breakage.

Always we'll list a flat rate to ship this (rather heavy) product to anywhere in the continental US.  Shipping to addresses outside that will see a bump in cost.  Thanks!
